Job Title: Leads Manager

VGON GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Leads Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate quality leads and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and oversee the lead qualification and distribution process.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track, analyze, and report on lead activity and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the leads team, including setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
  • Analyze lead data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
  • Optimize lead nurturing strategies to increase lead conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain lead management best practices and documentation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential leads and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve lead generation strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
