We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in India.

As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in enabling and supporting the growth of our team in India, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment for all vacant positions in India, clarify internal profiles/positions with responsible hiring managers, support creation of external job ads, align recruiting strategy with partner ANSR, define efficient selection processes, and control recruiting and HR marketing KPI's.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and strengthen our employer brand in India by setting up and implementing measures aligned with our global employer value proposition, defining local target universities, establishing and maintaining cooperation with these universities, selecting and organizing career fairs and other recruiting events, and ensuring authentic appearance at career events.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Coordinate new hire orientations, ensure general onboarding of new team members, administer employee data, vacation accounts, leaves, benefit programs, on- and offboarding documents, salary adjustments, process monthly payroll in cooperation with our local Payroll provider, and support assignment processes.

Requirements:

  • Professional Requirements: 8-13 years' experience in HR in a global company, ideally in SaaS or digital consulting (recruitment, HR administration, and/or HR business partner role), very good knowledge of recruiting channels in India, experience with high volume recruiting together with an external service provider, payroll experience and extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws, experience with establishing HR processes and regulations based on local legal requirements.
  • Personal Skills: Ability to work highly independently, deliver results within a given time frame, willingness to stick to corporate standards, excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in MS Office and HR software (ideally Workday).
