Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and more.

This role requires an individual who is organized, proactive, and passionate about HR. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
    • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
    • Manage onboarding process and documentation
  • Payroll Processing
    • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
    • Handle salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Employee Relations & Administration
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases
    • Handle attendance, leave management, shift schedules
    • Address employee queries and grievances
    • Support employee engagement activities and events
  • HR Documentation & Compliance
    • Prepare HR policies, letters, appointment and relieving letters
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR - recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
  • Knowledge of Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
