Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing and coordinating HR and administration matters in India. This includes ensuring all HR and administration needs of the organization are being met and are aligned with business objectives.

This role is also responsible for managing talent acquisition functions across various locations, including India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.

  • Human Resources and Administration
  • Establish human resources and office administration strategies and policies in India.
  • Manage and monitor HR and administration strategies in accordance with group business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Lead HR team members and foster a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to support hiring activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to deliver timely recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure the organization attracts top talent based on business requirements and qualifications.
  • Track and report on recruitment progress to achieve hiring targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience in HR, including talent acquisition and office administration.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
  • Prior experience in data center or telecom industry with regional and HR department setup exposure is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
