Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional to oversee end-to-end hiring processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive closure within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment life cycle for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through active sourcing and networking.
  • Enhance candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present insights to leadership.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver results.
