Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levels within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Interviewing and Selection:

Oversee the interview process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Metrics:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
