Job Overview
MetaMorph is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chemical Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our fast-growing chemical manufacturing startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

The Chemical Talent Acquisition Strategist will work closely with leadership to align hiring needs with business goals and ensure we build a team of skilled individuals who drive innovation and success in the chemical manufacturing sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to meet MetaMorph's staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring requirements, especially in technical roles such as chemical engineers, research scientists, and operations staff.
  • Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to source top talent.
    • Build a talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships for future opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads, conducting interviews, to making offers.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Promote MetaMorph's brand and culture as a great place to work within the chemical manufacturing industry.
    • Attend industry events and career fairs to represent the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Streamline the recruitment process by implementing best practices and recruitment tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
    • Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and other key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience recruiting for roles in the chemical or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a startup environment.
    • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance in the recruitment process.

Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per year
