Job Description

We are seeking a talented Analyst to join our Incentive Compensation team. This role will play a key part in the sales commission processing cycle and require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of compensation systems, be comfortable working with complex data, and have excellent communication skills. They will also be responsible for producing audits, participating in data quality reviews, and providing support in reporting data.

This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with global Sales Compensation teams and contribute to the development of our incentive compensation processes.

  • Responsible for the production and completion of commissions close audits.
  • Run necessary audit reports and reviews, and take required actions.
  • Support from simple report generation to complex analysis builds from multiple sources.
  • Participate in processes and audit improvements, documentations and procedures in relation to the close cycle activities.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and execute assigned projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS company or similar environment.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across functional groups and bring teams together to drive effective issue resolution.
  • Detail and process-oriented.
  • Responsive to tight deadlines and able to prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation is a plus (e.g. Xactly, SPIFF ICM, Callidus, Oracle EIM).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel: model building, use of advanced formulas and arrays, pivot tables, data manipulation, VBA.
  • Other technical skills (e.g. SQL, Python) a plus.
