Compensation Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced compensation management expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales compensation and incentive management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions within Xactly or Varicent platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement complex sales compensation plans and incentive management strategies.
  • Configure and maintain compensation plans, rules, and workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and optimize data integrations between Xactly/Varicent and other enterprise systems.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the reliability and integrity of compensation calculations and reports.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Xactly/Varicent implementations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in developing and configuring solutions specifically within Xactly or Varicent platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation processes, incentive models, and reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and integration techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
Work Arrangements:
  • This role offers flexibility with work locations, including Hyderabad, Noida, or fully remote.
