Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Compensation Management & ORC modules, with a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Compensation modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Compensation modules
  • Providing expert-level support for Compensation Management & ORC modules
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Compensation & ORC modules
  • Hands-on experience in configuring Base Pay, Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Total Compensation Statements, and related components
  • A strong working knowledge of Performance Management module and its interaction with Compensation
  • A solid understanding of global compensation processes and best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM Compensation is a plus
