  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement successful commercial strategies for our partners
  • Replicate the founder's vision through every action undertaken on behalf of our partners
  • Adjust strategies according to market trends to maximize room sales and revenue for hotels, holiday homes, and hotel apartments
  • Collaborate with the founder to create and manage revenue budgets and forecasts
  • Produce weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on industry trends
  • Organize regular revenue meetings with the founder to review sales strategies and supervise sales and marketing actions
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets
  • Develop and maintain consistent selling strategies across all channels and assist partners in growing their business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of controls applied to all systems
  • Provide daily revenue evaluations and suggest price and strategy adjustments to the Commercial teams
