We are seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist to join our dynamic hospitality team in Goa. As a critical member of our revenue vertical, you will be responsible for driving hotel revenue growth through effective OTA management and strategic pricing.
About the Role- Manage online travel agencies (OTAs) across all group properties, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OTAs account managers, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
- Analyze booking trends, pace reports, and market data to optimize pricing and availability, maximizing revenue potential.
- Generate comprehensive revenue reports, booking forecasts, and performance analysis, adhering to industry standards.
- Monitor competitor pricing and recommend strategic adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with front office/reservation teams to ensure accurate data flow, guaranteeing seamless operations.
- 2–4 years of experience in OTA management and/or hotel revenue management, with a strong understanding of the Goa hotel market and seasonal booking patterns.
- Existing personal contacts with OTA representatives is a significant advantage, facilitating effective communication and partnership development.
- Proficiency in OTA extranets, channel managers, PMS, and Excel reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
