Job Summary
The Revenue Growth Manager role is responsible for leading revenue growth and managing critical performance metrics of a region. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of business-critical initiatives, contributing to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis, and developing a strong understanding of customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own the revenue growth of a region and manage critical performance metrics.
- Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
- Developing a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience required to maximize business results.
- Manage and lead a young and ambitious team, including Business/Design Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs etc.
- Develop the ecosystem for successful Design experience for internal teams and customers.
- Own the quality of Design Closure of products and essential home improvement services for the region.
- Drive and meet KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat/happy customer experience, E-sat/happy team members.
Requirements
- B.Design/Civil or equivalent degree or comparable degree in Bachelor Design. MBA would be an added advantage.
- Typically spent at least 7-8 years in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through designers.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements in a clear and concise manner.
- Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting in past roles a must.
- Possesses significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve the standing of Design and Design experience.
- Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and strong leadership skills.
