Job Description

The role of a Test Analyst in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing system test and end-to-end testing plans to validate the implementation of MSD365 BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive test cases and scripts to cover all aspects of the system, including financial reporting and compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to ensure that the test plans align with business requirements.
  • Conducting thorough testing of the system, identifying defects, and working with the development team to resolve them.
  • Creating detailed test reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members in test planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in functional testing using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with ADO and other testing tools, with the ability to develop and execute automated tests.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance, with a focus on General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting & Analytics.
