Employee Central Solution Specialist

seeks a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors EC Specialist to lead the implementation and support of Employee Central Solution for global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain End-to-End Employee Central Solution
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, define business requirements, and perform system configuration in compliance with Best Practices
  • Provide consulting services on HCM Best Practices, migration to SAP HCM Cloud solutions, and data modeling expertise
  • Develop solution designs, translate business requirements into system configuration objects, and create test plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
  • Experience in at least 3 end-to-end implementations and 3 support projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong learning ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors EC, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
