Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Employee Central Specialist to join our team.

  • This is a full-time position requiring collaboration with various stakeholders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and providing expert guidance to clients.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Advise business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives.
  • Interact with clients to understand business requirements and conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  • Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Understand technology landscape and its effects on clients' business area; trends associated with technology functional area and industries, and value propositions for clients.
  • Identify integration issues and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration and Solution Design: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
  2. Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
  3. Training Development: Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  4. Business Process Improvement: Advise business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives.
  5. Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand business requirements and conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  6. Analysis and Project Management: Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Technical Understanding: Understand technology landscape and its effects on clients' business area; trends associated with technology functional area and industries, and value propositions for clients.
  8. Solution Development: Identify integration issues and develop solutions.
