Role: User Interface Specialist - Central Business Application

Location: Bangalore

Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days, work from office)

Working Hours: 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in user interface design.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced user interface specialist with a specialization in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our internal IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces for business central applications, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize user interfaces for business central applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and develop effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Customize business central themes and user interface components to reflect institutional goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Develop and maintain UI/UX design standards and guidelines for business central.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the user interface continuously.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other IT team members to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on designing for ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Proven experience designing user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and accessible user experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers effectively.
