HR Process Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Configuration Specialist. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and how they are supported by SuccessFactors.

This involves configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business needs, developing and maintaining configuration documentation, conducting system testing and validation to ensure configurations function as intended, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.

A successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central and proven experience in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. They should also be familiar with data migration and integration tools, possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain configuration documentation, including system design specifications and user guides.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure configurations function as intended.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.
