Leadership Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive the stock broking vertical forward, aligning with the company's long-term vision.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and compliance.
  • Sales, Growth, & Partnerships:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, fintech companies, and banks, to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, leveraging existing customer relationships and external networks.
    • Implement data-driven approaches for sales forecasting, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Operations & Technology:
    • Oversee the efficient execution of end-to-end broking operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and cost-effectiveness.
    • Advocate for automation and AI-driven tools to enhance trading execution, customer engagement, and risk management.
    • Collaborate with technology teams to develop a scalable, secure, and high-performance trading platform.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure seamless compliance with regulatory frameworks, including SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other relevant bodies.
    • Proactively monitor and mitigate operational risks, trading risks, and market risks through a structured risk management framework.
  • Customer Experience & Market Positioning:
    • Develop and implement a superior customer experience strategy to foster client loyalty and retention.
    • Utilize analytics and feedback mechanisms to continuously refine service offerings and product innovation.
