Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, ensuring that our organization's workforce is well-supported throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and legal compliance. The role involves creating and executing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Design and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent. Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Utilize various recruiting methods, including online platforms, social media, and partnerships with recruitment agencies. Conduct pre-employment checks, including background and reference verifications. Oversee new employee orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
2. Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our company culture. Facilitate exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies. Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Develop, implement, and update HR policies to align with our company's goals and legal requirements. Communicate policies clearly to all employees and ensure consistent application across the organization.
4. Assess training needs across the organization and implement relevant programs. Design and deliver in-house training sessions or collaborate with external providers for specialized training. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments. Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for all employees.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee development. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
