Job Summary:

The Human Resources Director at JSG Consulting Pvt Ltd. will lead and manage all human resource functions to ensure a well-supported workforce throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent, collaborating with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, utilizing various recruiting methods, including online platforms, social media, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including background and reference verifications, and oversee new employee orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the company culture, facilitate exit interviews, and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies, managing the offboarding process to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assess training needs across the organization and implement relevant programs, designing and delivering in-house training sessions or collaborating with external providers for specialized training.
