We are looking the HR Manager will leadand manage all human resource functions ensuring that theorganization s workforce is wellsupported throughout the entireemployee lifecycle. This includes overseeing recruitment onboardingemployee development performance management and legal compliance.The role involves creating and executing HR strategies that alignwith the company s goals and foster a positive and productive workenvironment.
Responsibilities
1.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Designand implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent.Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs anddevelop job descriptions. Manage the recruitment process fromsourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.Utilize various recruiting methods including online platformssocial media and partnerships with recruitment agencies. Conductpreemployment checks including background and referenceverifications. Oversee new employee orientation and ensure a smoothtransition into the organization.2. Developcomprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires into thecompany culture. Facilitate exit interviews and analyze feedback toimprove retention strategies. Manage the offboarding processensuring compliance with company policies and legalrequirements.3. Develop implement and updateHR policies to align with the company s goals and legalrequirements. Communicate policies clearly to all employees andensure consistent application across theorganization.4. Assess training needs acrossthe organization and implement relevant programs. Design anddeliver inhouse training sessions or collaborate with externalproviders for specialized training. Monitor the effectiveness oftraining initiatives and make necessary adjustments. Promotecontinuous learning and development opportunities for allemployees.
