Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, ensuring our organization's workforce is well-supported throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Design and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent, collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Employee Onboarding and Development: Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the company culture, facilitate exit interviews, and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
- HR Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies to align with the company's goals and legal requirements, communicate policies clearly to all employees, and ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs across the organization, implement relevant programs, and design and deliver in-house training sessions or collaborate with external providers for specialized training.
