Job Title: IT Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology team at JSG Consulting Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our information technology systems, ensuring efficient, secure, and aligned technology operations that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy to support overall business goals.
• Lead the IT team, providing direction and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with senior management to align IT initiatives with business needs.
• Manage the IT budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost efficiency.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to protect the company's digital assets.
• Monitor for security threats and lead responses to any incidents.
• Implement security measures, including firewalls and antivirus software, to prevent unauthorized access.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
• Manage cloud services and integrate them with on-premises systems when necessary.
• Oversee the deployment and management of office hardware, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Lead the IT support function, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Develop and maintain a system for tracking and addressing IT support requests.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
