This is a rare opportunity to work with India's top franchise brands from one centralized platform, leveraging your expertise to close deals and exceed targets.

  1. Sell franchise opportunities across a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, identifying best-fit models for entrepreneurs and emerging businesses.
  2. Collaborate closely with the FranchiseBazar team to facilitate negotiations, build long-term client relationships, and drive repeat business.
  3. Leverage advanced tools like Zoom and Google Meet to conduct virtual meetings and close deals seamlessly, eliminating travel requirements.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of selling 20+ franchise units throughout their career. If you have excelled in franchise sales, dealer/distributor/channel partner appointments, and are passionate about business development, we want YOU.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise sales, with a strong sales record.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi) is also required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred but secondary to your sales record.

About This Role

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
