This is a field-based role that involves driving sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing existing franchisee performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Network Development: Identify prospective franchise partners, conduct feasibility assessments, and negotiate franchise agreements.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through both direct sales and franchisee channels, monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Franchisee Management: Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines, provide ongoing support, regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching to ensure targets are met.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor data, track market developments, and feedback insights to the regional sales head, recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports, liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach, good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics, self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
