Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Engineer I, you will bring a high level of technical knowledge and strong mentoring abilities. You will contribute to all areas of development and operations and work closely with a Technology Manager.

You will provide mentorship, facilitate engineering training, perform and delegate engineering assignments, and conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts.

  1. Contribute in Agile ceremonies
  2. Provide mentorship and facilitate engineering training
  3. Perform and delegate engineering assignments
  4. Work closely with global teams
  5. Conduct research for product development and tools selection
  6. Escalate concerns and participate in on-call support rotations
  7. Monitor key metrics and report on trends
  8. Participate in our Engineering Community of Practice
  9. Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems
  10. Contribute to project engineering design and standards verification
  11. Support reliability monitoring and ensure products meet guest expectations
