Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Implementation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale implementation projects and driving business growth through strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading distributed teams, managing complex deployments, and championing continuous evolution of implementation philosophies. You will be expected to define and execute global implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and rapid growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global implementation strategies that drive business growth and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous evolution of implementation philosophies, precision in measuring and enhancing customer outcomes, and value realization across projects.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at Enterprise client organizations and act as the apex representation for resolution of complex technical and business challenges.
  • Build and scale high-performing teams through strategic hiring, comprehensive onboarding, and continuous professional development.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across colleagues/teams.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through successful implementations that drive client retention and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementation leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale implementation projects and driving business growth.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment and manage complex deployments.
  • Knowledge of implementation philosophies, customer outcomes, and value realization.
