
Mergers and Acquisitions Director

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our mergers and acquisitions efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, driving strategic growth through targeted acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
About the Role:This leadership position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive merger and acquisition strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential deals, ensuring timely closure and successful integration of acquired assets.
Main Responsibilities:- M&A Strategy Development:
- Formulate and implement tailored M&A strategies aligned with our company's growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform target identification and due diligence processes.
- Lead negotiations with external advisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable deal terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and post-deal integration.
- Oversee the planning and execution of PMI activities, focusing on operational synergies, cultural alignment, and performance enhancements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust integration strategies as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including functional leaders and employees.
- Effectively communicate M&A strategy, progress, and outcomes to various audiences.
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling complex M&A transactions, with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
