About Deal Value Creation:

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are vital strategic levers to enhance business value—whether to generate growth, enhance capabilities, or reduce operational costs.

This process offers a chance for business transformation, adopting new business models, workflows, and workplace cultures.

With increased disruptions, industry convergence, technological changes, and the shift to new business models, creating deal value in M&A has never been more critical.

As deals become more complex and expensive, achieving original financial or strategic objectives is challenging.

Many deals fail to meet their objectives or minimize value due to inadequate preparation for the speed and intensity of the deal process.

With businesses adapting to unique challenges, traditional value optimization in a deal requires an overhaul—creating value today demands a broader, bolder perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver Post Merger Integration/Carve-out/Operational assessment projects
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within our organization
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives
  • Work seamlessly with global teams

Technical Skills:

  • Business Development/Upsell
  • Support partner/director in building the practice in the north region
  • Experience in planning & implementation of integration/separations of front office and back office functions
  • Deliver project management engagements with strong PMO skills
  • Understand complex deal situations and their implications on client/target business models

Behavioural Skills:

  • Build collaborative working relationships at all levels
  • Self-starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management
  • Maintain business relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication
