Job Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a financial professional at our organization, located in Coimbatore with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, developing strategic plans, driving business transformations, managing operational turnarounds, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, securing funding, and providing board advisory services.

  • Financial Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Fundraising skills are essential.
  • Experience in business transformation and operational turnaround is highly valued.
  • Strategic Planning and Board Advisory capabilities are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team setup is essential.
  • Prior experience in logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, or services sectors is beneficial.
  • Relevant professional certification (CA) or Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
