Key Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Business Manager involves steering prospective buyers towards one's point of view, ensuring effective sales funnel stages are navigated and Solution Selling is employed as a professional advancement.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Sales: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, selling to accounts with 1000 or higher desktops or 300 or higher cloud workloads. They should be skilled in selling Servers / Storage / Virtualisation / Cisco Networking / Firewalls and possess sound knowledge of the IT Solutions buying process in Enterprise accounts.
Communication Skills:
The candidate must have good written and oral Communication skills, including good Oral communication skills in the vernacular language. They should also be adept at steering prospective buyers to their point of view and tactically sharp in steering situations and people to their side.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant industry certifications can be beneficial.
