Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Enterprise Sales Consultant to oversee and develop key enterprise accounts. This role demands a profound understanding of cloud-based technologies, networking solutions, hardware infrastructure, and server storage systems, as well as proven expertise in field sales, relationship management, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire sales cycle with a target-driven approach, ensuring maximum revenue growth.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand strong relationships with high-level decision-makers within enterprises.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to client premises for presentations, negotiations, and relationship building.
  • Identify customer needs, pain points, and design tailored technology solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver client expectations effectively.
  • Develop and present impactful proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and sales decks that showcase our company's value proposition.
  • Strategically identify and target key accounts for expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with strategic partners and OEMs to create revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure post-sales client satisfaction and long-term account retention through excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, including mandatory exposure to field sales.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking solutions, hardware infrastructure, and server storage systems.
  • Background in IT architecture, enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering C-level presentations and consultative selling.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably familiar with analytics and AI/ML solutions.
