Job Title: Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Engineering Director to lead our team of engineers in the development of innovative pump solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, with experience in developing annual growth strategies and overseeing design, development, and improvement of pump systems.

The role requires excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage projects related to pump technology, planning, budgeting, and execution. Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and global stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering and at least 17 years of experience in the field, with 5+ years in people management. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and industry knowledge are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual growth strategy for the group based on collaboration with global engineering leaders and product management groups.
  • Oversee the design, development, and improvement of pump systems and related technologies.
  • Manage projects related to pump technology, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals working on pump-related projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find innovative solutions
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries that heavily rely on pumps, such as water treatment, oil and gas, agriculture, construction, or manufacturing
