We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of an HR Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, training management, launching personnel policies, onboarding new employees, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assistance with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Assistance with Training and Development Management
  • Support in Launching Personnel Policies and Procedures
  • Onboarding and Induction for New Hires
  • Employee Engagement and Retention

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field (with preference for Business or Human Resources)
  • Ability to work 5-6 hours a day, Monday to Saturday
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Ability to Work Independently
  • Good Documentation and Reporting Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Tools
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated Individual
  • Humble, Honest, Transparent, and Confidential
