Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our Windows server environments, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.

  • This role involves managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls in active directory (AD), group policies (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration
    • Configure and maintain windows server environments.
    • Administer AD, GPOs, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Cloud & Identity Management
    • Manage office 365 and G-suite accounts, licenses, and email security.
    • Administer azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for device/application management.
  • Networking & Security
    • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks.
    • Manage firewalls and network security policies.
  • Hardware & Peripheral Management
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV/IP cameras.
  • Virtualization & Backup
    • Manage VMware / Hyper-V environments for server virtualization.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide L2/L3 support for end-user issues, system errors, and connectivity problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with windows server 2016/2019/2022 and AD.
  • Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, GPOs, and file server management.
  • Expertise in office 365, G-suite, azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN).
  • Experience in managing Fortinet firewalls.
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
