Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of our organization's IT infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning: Define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage hybrid environments (e.g. cloud migrations) with cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Design, implement, and test DR and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.

A strong track record of expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure is required.
