Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining highly available and scalable GCP infrastructure to support our applications and services.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and operations, to architect and implement secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions on GCP. You will also be responsible for developing and enforcing best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy highly available and scalable GCP infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions on GCP.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot GCP infrastructure performance.
  • Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with GCP products and services.
  • Deep understanding of IAM architecture, integration methods, REST APIs, and directory services.
  • Experience in Java development, Spring Boot, scripting and secure coding standards.
  • Proven experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in Kubernetes environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Proxy and Directory Services concepts.
  • Should have knowledge of AD, LDAP, Database integration.
