Cloud Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement our cloud-native infrastructure, leveraging expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Key Responsibilities:- Architecture & Strategy:
- Define the end-to-end architecture for AKS-based workloads in Azure, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Design multi-environment, multi-region AKS architectures that meet scalability and governance requirements.
- Establish best practices for container orchestration, scaling, and cost optimization in AKS.
- Provide expert guidance on optimizing AKS and related Azure resources for maximum efficiency.
- Azure & AKS Expertise:
- Architect and provision AKS clusters with advanced features such as cluster autoscaling, private cluster configuration, network isolation using Azure CNI / Kubenet, managed identities, and Azure AD integration.
- Integrate AKS with supporting Azure services like Azure Monitor, Managed Prometheus & Grafana, Azure Container Registry (ACR), and Azure Key Vault.
- DevOps & Automation:
- Design Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for AKS provisioning and deployment.
- Implement GitOps workflows such as ArgoCD, Flux, for automated deployments and continuous integration.
- Develop CI/CD architecture using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for AKS workloads.
- Security & Compliance:
- Design and implement RBAC and Azure AD security models for AKS access control.
- Integrate security scanning for container images and Kubernetes workloads to ensure compliance.
- Maintain alignment with industry standards and governance policies.
- Monitoring, Logging, & Observability:
- Design and implement observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Managed Prometheus, Container Insights, and Grafana.
- Establish automated alerting, anomaly detection, and incident response playbooks.
