About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our supply chain systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, IT support, or a related field, with hands-on experience with warehouse management systems or similar supply chain solutions. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly explanations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions in a ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Manage automation infrastructure for distribution centers, mini-DCs, and ship hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting infrastructure and software systems in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain systems and their interaction with broader business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly explanations.
