Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our organization. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex computer networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and vendors to resolve link-related issues
  • Detecting and responding to network incidents proactively with clear escalation procedures and communication channels
  • Delivering regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics with actionable insights for network optimization
SD WAN Implementation:
  • Managing private links with high-performance WAN links connecting remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions
  • Enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions with SD-WAN solutions
  • Providing mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools
Branch Network WAN Management:
  • Managing WAN links connecting all branches with redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country
  • Ensuring stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting
  • L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration management
Local Area Network (LAN)/Wi-Fi Management:
  • Full lifecycle management of LAN including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Managing the Wi-Fi network ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations
  • Providing secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls
Audit Participation and Documentation:
  • Participating in all audits requested by stakeholders including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials
  • Completing all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by stakeholders ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided

A strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies is essential. Relevant certifications such as CCNP or Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core are desirable.
