Network Architectural Position

The Network Architectural position involves overseeing the architecture, design, installation, maintenance, and management of Cloud Network Infrastructure.

This includes both physical and SDN network frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high availability, flexibility, and network performance while meeting SLA requirements.
  • Audit, review, and update infrastructure documentation to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Oversee a team of Network Engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance and capacity metrics to assess risks and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks.
  • Strong fundamentals of WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching, and Network monitoring Protocols & Tools.
  • Good knowledge of SDN Technologies, preferably hands-on experience with one of the SDN providers.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly narrow down and resolve problems.
  • Highly motivated individual with effective project management and completion of complex network tasks.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and keep networking skills current.
  • Experience handling a team of minimum 4 people in this role.
Additional Requirements:
  • Hands-on expertise on CloudStack networking.
