Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our cloud environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.

This role requires strong proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. You should have hands-on experience in cloud support and administration, with a solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems (2019/2022) and Active Directory management.

About This Role:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Deliver remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration, with a strong focus on Office 365 administration.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems (2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar would be a plus.
