Bioprocess Engineer – Project Specialist

 

We are seeking an experienced Bioprocess Engineer to join our team as a Project Specialist. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad by applying your expertise in bioprocess equipment and solutions.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with clients to understand their process requirements and propose technical solutions that meet their needs. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes that showcase our company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that address their specific bioprocessing needs.
  • Design and deliver training programs for clients' process and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of our equipment and solutions.
  • Provide expert technical support to sales teams during pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to align client requirements with engineered solutions.
  • Conduct on-site audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend optimized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide valuable feedback to internal teams on product enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
  • Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
