About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, designing effective solutions, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards (QA/QC) throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

-Develop and design innovative solutions tailored to client requirements and project specifications.

-Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for proposed solutions.

-Implement and maintain quality control and assurance processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.

-Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

-Prepare project documentation including technical reports, design specifications, and QA/QC checklists.

-Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and initiate corrective measures where required.

-Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Proven experience in Project Execution within engineering or related industries.

Expertise in Solution Design with an understanding of technical and functional requirements.

Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) processes and standards.

Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).

3–7 years of relevant experience in project engineering or related roles.

Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or QA/QC will be an advantage.
