Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned project management specialist to oversee the day-to-day delivery of software projects. This full-time role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with quality assurance and development teams to ensure usability, reliability, and quality standards of products.
  • Align customer requirements with company quality standards by working closely with engineers, architects, and customer services.
  • Participate in R&D meetings with clients to understand business requirements.
  • Work closely with project teams to develop project plans and manage daily scrum calls, resolve impediments, and ensure overall quality and timeline is met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A good understanding of software development and quality standards, user experience.
  • Good writing skills (for documenting processes) and good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in test management and developing automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Scripting).

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment.
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers.

Bachelor's Degree Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or electronics is required.

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Methodologies:

Familiarity with SDLC and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is essential.

Automation Tools:

Proficiency in using automation tools like Selenium and JUnit is preferred.
