**Job Opportunity:** Experienced Program Manager needed to oversee multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and successful stakeholder management.

The Program Manager will provide strategic direction, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance to achieve business outcomes.

  • Define program objectives, roadmap, and success criteria in alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Develop program charters, business cases, and resource plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources across projects to maximize impact.
  • Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met through effective project management.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and issues across projects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Implement governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Drive adoption of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies as needed to optimize project delivery.
  • Engage with senior business leaders, clients, and sponsors to ensure expectations are managed effectively.
  • Act as the escalation point for project managers and delivery teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Provide program-level reporting and dashboards to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and cross-functional team leads, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the program.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place to minimize potential impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project programs in IT services or product environments.
  • Strong knowledge of program/project management frameworks (Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and governance.
