Job Description:

  • Create and update project schedules using MS Project and/or P6, ensuring timely delivery of projects and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to support business objectives.
  • Conduct regular data integrity checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of project reporting.
  • Analyze project performance trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather progress data, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Communicate project status and results to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
  • Support in drafting and implementing project controls plans and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Project Manager or Director, providing regular updates on project progress and performance.
  • Identify and resolve project deviations promptly, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts to support business growth.
  • Provide expert advice on project management best practices and tools to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project planning and execution, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, P6, and other project management tools.
