Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to lead and participate in implementation projects, configure RapidResponse modules, design dashboards, and integrate with ERP/legacy systems.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team and make a significant impact on our clients' supply chain operations. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading and participating in implementation projects, configuring RapidResponse modules, designing dashboards, and integrating with ERP/legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Project Lead: Lead and participate in implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
  • RapidResponse Configuration: Configure RapidResponse modules for demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and S&OP.
  • Dashboards and Analytics: Design and build dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports within RapidResponse.
  • Integration and Interoperability: Integrate RapidResponse with ERP/legacy systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, etc.) using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware.
  • User Collaboration: Collaborate with business users to translate supply chain requirements into RapidResponse functionality.
  • Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Training and Support: Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned to best practices in supply chain planning.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably with a focus on RapidResponse.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in RapidResponse, ERP systems, and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or computer science.
