Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end vendor and supply chain process for our health supplements, cosmetics, food & nutraceuticals brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record in sourcing and procurement with FMCG, cosmetics, nutrition, personal care or consumer goods industries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with third-party manufacturers, private label suppliers and raw material vendors to drive cost optimization while maintaining consistent supply and vendor loyalty.
  • Develop new products by working closely with internal teams including NPD, R&D, Quality, Operations and Marketing.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously benchmark raw material and packaging costs across vendors and identify alternative suppliers and innovative sourcing channels.
  • Develop backup vendor options and alternate sourcing strategies to reduce dependency and mitigate risks of supply disruptions, price fluctuations or regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in sourcing/procurement/vendor management in FMCG, cosmetics, nutrition, personal care or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations and vendor compliance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors.
